Seller Packs
Do you sell my property?
No. I prepare your property and publish the listing on the Dar’Investa website (and on other websites on request), but it is not a full sales service. If you wish, I put you in touch with a partner real estate agency.
What does the Seller Pack include?
A viewing of the property, advice to optimise and showcase it, a general audit of its strengths and weaker points, help preparing the documents, the sale file, photos and videos, and publication of the listing on the Dar’Investa website and, on request, on other websites.
How much do the Seller Packs cost?
1,490 DH for an apartment and 2,490 DH for a villa, house or riad, a fixed price announced in advance.
Why prepare your property before selling it?
A well-presented property, with quality photos, a floor plan and a complete file, reassures buyers and avoids unanswered questions that slow a sale down.
I live abroad, can this be done remotely?
Yes. We talk on WhatsApp or by video call, and I handle on site whatever requires someone to be there.
