Payment

Fixed prices agreed in advance: deposit, start of the service, then the balance at the milestone set in the contract, with a receipt for each payment. For All-Inclusive, a deposit at the start and the balance at the preliminary sale agreement.

What I don’t do

I don’t negotiate on your behalf, I don’t sell property and I don’t replace the notary, the architect or the engineer. My role: to advise you with facts.

Frequently asked questions

The method, in brief

Is the first conversation really free?

Yes. The 15-minute discovery call is free and without commitment. It helps me understand your project and point you to the right service.

Do I need to come to Marrakech?

Not to get started. The Search, Analysis and Review are carried out remotely for you. You only come to view the properties worth it.

How am I kept informed?

Via WhatsApp, with photos and videos of the viewings, then a written report at the end of each assignment.

Can I combine several services?

Yes. The Review is deducted from the Search if it follows within 30 days, and the Pre-purchase analysis can be added to a Search or to the Sakan Iqtisadi pack.

Who makes the final decision?

Always you. I give you facts and a frank opinion; the choice of property, the price and the signature remain yours.
