If the purchase fails because of an unrealistic budget, a significant undisclosed inconsistency or a major unreported change, the services already started remain payable, according to the chosen pack. This rule is set out in our terms and our contract.
No. You pay for the work done — prospecting, viewings, analysis, filtering, reports — not for a guaranteed purchase. No serious property assignment can guarantee a result.
If the transaction fails for a reason beyond your and Dar'Investa’s control (seller withdraws, missing document, blockage), support continues on another property within the same All-Inclusive Pack, under the terms of the contract. It is not a purchase guarantee, but a commitment to method and presence.
Yes, always. Dar'Investa never pushes you to buy a property you haven’t viewed in person.
Occasionally, yes. When that happens, it is always clearly labelled as a “Dar'Investa partner development” — I never present a paid partnership as an independent search.
