Contract & criteria
Deposit (2,495 DH apartment, 3,000 DH villa / riad or land), contract signed online, brief approved by you.
Search & shortlisting
10+ properties studied, 5–6 visited, 3 shortlisted. Target timeframe 30 days (apartment) or 45 days (villa / riad, land).
Final report
Balance due on delivery of the report, or after the first 2 properties if they suit you: contact details sent as soon as payment is received.
What I guarantee
A serious search and a shortlist based on the criteria we agreed together.
What I don’t guarantee
That you will buy a property. The decision remains entirely yours.
Transparency on partner developments
If I occasionally present a development or developer I work with, I tell you explicitly: in that case it is not an independent search. I can always carry out an independent search based on your own criteria.

What if no property matches?
The final report honestly documents the properties found and why some did not fully match. You then decide on the next step.
Can I stop before the end?
Yes, as soon as one of the first 2 properties suits you.
Does the price include the pre-purchase analysis?
No, these are two separate services. The Analysis & Inspection can be added once the property is found.
And if I want support until the deed is signed?
The Search is a stand-alone service. The All-Inclusive Pack uses this same search as its first phase, then supports you through to the purchase.
