Send your proof of payment

A screenshot, receipt or transfer notice is enough.

To speed up the start of your support, send us your proof of payment on WhatsApp. As soon as your payment is verified, we will send you your contract for electronic signature. Without proof, the contract will be sent once receipt of the funds is confirmed.

The message is prefilled with your pack and deposit amount: just attach your proof.

Investment review and one-hour on-site consultation

A first phone call helps us understand your project. Payment is then made on site, on the day of the appointment, in cash against a receipt and invoice. Investment review: if you start a Property Search within 30 days, the 699 DH are deducted from its balance.

Payment schedule by pack

For each pack: deposit, then start of the service, then the balance at the milestone set in the contract.

Professionals – City Manager: subscription of at least 5,000 DH incl. tax per month, amount set by quotation according to the properties managed, payable on the 10th of each month.

Quotes, invoices and documents

Nothing starts without a written document.

  • Pack prices and schedules are fixed and displayed: no quote is needed. A quote is issued only for City Manager or for a service outside the packs
  • Your personalised contract, sent via PandaDoc for electronic signature, sets out the exact scope of the assignment
  • A proper invoice is issued to you after payment

Dar’Investa Marrakech is a registered business in Morocco (auto-entrepreneur), with a tax ID and professional tax number.

Cancellation and refund

We prefer to be clear from the start:

  • Assignment not started within 7 days of receiving the funds: your deposit is refunded in full
  • Assignment started: the deposit covers work already done (travel, viewings, checks) and is non-refundable
  • Assignment cancelled by us: full refund

The exact terms are set out in the contract you sign.

Is it secure?

Yes, and here is why:

  • No payment is requested outside the contract; the only cash payments are for on-site appointments, always against a receipt and invoice
  • Each payment matches the displayed price of your pack and is invoiced
  • We never ask for payment to any beneficiary other than ALIOUA Mohamed, or to any account other than the one shown on this page
