Pre-purchase analysis & inspection
What do you check during the Analysis?
Actual areas with a laser meter, wall moisture with a moisture meter, the visible condition of the home, the location, price consistency and the available documents. You receive a clear report with photos and points of attention.
How much does the pre-purchase analysis cost?
1,990 DH for an apartment and 2,990 DH for a villa or riad. The price is fixed and agreed before we start.
I’ve already found a property but live abroad – what do I do?
Send me the listing or address on WhatsApp. I go on site, check the property and send you the report before you make your decision.
Is it an official valuation?
No. It is an advisory inspection carried out by a qualified Geometra. It does not replace the notary or a court-appointed valuation, but it saves you from buying blind.
Does the report help me negotiate?
Yes: the defects found and the price analysis give you concrete arguments to prepare your negotiation strategy. The negotiation and the decision remain yours.
